Group AMANA receives 4 Stars | Taqdeer Awards 2020

 

Since day one, ensuring the #wellbeing of our employees has been at the heart of the AMANA Group’s operations and decision making. And for another year, we take great pride in receiving the Taqdeer Award 4-star rating, demonstrating our excellence in ensuring labor welfare.

AMANA is proud to have received the 4-star Taqdeer Award for 2020 – an initiative of Dubai Government. This is fourth time that AMANA has won this award, which recognises eminent companies operating in construction, manufacturing, services, and free zones in Dubai. Year on year we strive to improve our labor practices, ensuring our employees feel recognized and valued within the Group. We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank Taqdeer for the privileges awarded to AMANA from different Government entities.

As Taqdeer recognizes the Group for our excellence in ensuring labor welfare, AMANA also does the same through our various employee engagement initiatives. Through these initiatives, we reward the hard work and dedication of our on-site and off-site workers throughout the years.

We continuously aim to provide our workers with a healthy and safe environment, training and development, and growth opportunities ultimately resulting in more satisfied, productive and engaged employees.

Taqdeer Award representatives visited AMANA offices in Dubai Investments Park to hand over the award to Riad Bsaibes, President and CEO of AMANA Investments.

As part of the Award, Gold and Blue Cards for Labour Excellence were presented to distinguished AMANA workers in appreciation of their hard work.
