DuBox, an AMANA. Company was awarded the Design-Build of the new Al Dhiyafa Village Development.

The compound consists of 26 luxurious villas and was executed within 10 months in a busy neighbourhood. By utilising BIM software, the villas were modularly built at a rate of 1 villa per day, saving on time and cost efficiency.
