Al Wasl Gardenia Townhouses

DuBox was awarded the Design and Build of a new townhouse development located in Dubai. Wasl’s vision was to expand their portfolio of property developments in the region. A development agreement was made with Al Futtaim Real Estate Group to develop a new residential community supported by full services including a new Festival City Centre Mall with a new IKEA store in Jebel Ali.

DuBox participated in a competitive bid against conventional contractors and was awarded the Gardenia Townhouses on Design & Build basis to be delivered in 20 months. DuBox’s scope of works included modularizing the traditional architectural design, manufacture, fabricate, supply and install the 257 No. Townhouses inclusive of all relevant MEP works. The townhouse villas were designed in different clusters with 3BR & corner 4 BR Villlas including a Community Centre and recreational areas.
