As part of twin location Project Nautilus, AMANA was appointed for a new Data Center development for du located in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Spread across 9,000 m2, the Data Centre is Uptime Institute [UTI-III] certified and developed to enable optimum power efficiency with the region’s first implementation of In-direct Evaporative Cooling (IDEC) for internal climate control within the Data Halls.

The facility is designed to meet Uptime Institutes TIER III concurrently maintainable system topology and comprises of the following details:

• Ultimate IT load of 6.0 MW
• Day-1: 2.0 MW IT Load
• Day-2: 4.0 MW IT Load
• 5.0 kW/rack average power density
• Tier Certification Constructed Facility (TCCF)

The building was constructed using a pre-cast concrete system that offers resilience and high security.
