Emirates Flight Catering Central Kitchen
Emirates Flight Catering facility is dedicated for bulk food catering designed to produce 120,000 meals a day, it reflects the bespoke service and product that is provided for flights whilst at the same time displaying a state of the art facility.
The project scope includes a catering facility consisting of Ground and Mezzanine Floor. The Building Divides into the following main areas; Reception and staff area, inbound and food prep area, food cooking area, , food setting and dispatch area, inbound and back of the house services.
The service block service includes electromechanical rooms serving the catering facility with following systems;
Power, refrigeration, chiller water system, chemical dosing systems, boiler and clean steam systems and water softening filtration systems.
