Pinar Dairy Process Factory & Office Building
The Turkish-based food company HDF, operating under “Pinar”, commissioned AMANA to deliver their first dairy processing site outside its home region in Abu Dhabi. This facility became the UAE’s first processed cheese production factory and the first “Made in the UAE” cheese at the new complex.
Spread across a built-up area of 11,000m², the facility has a production capacity of about 30,000 tons of cheese per year, with the companies expectation to double annual production.
The project consisted of the construction of a Dairy Process facility composed of Hot Filling Process Area, Cold Filling Process Area, Chilled & Frozen Storage Space for raw material and finished products with refrigeration, Dry Goodsspace, Loading & Unloading Area, Cheese Incubation & Preparation Rooms, Testing Labs, External Refrigeration Yard, Compressor Room, Boilers Room, Pump rooms, and Ammonia Chillers Room.
The food processing warehouse was supported by management personnel located in a stand-alone G+1 Office Block with two interconnected steel bridges for quick access between buildings.
