Landmark (RDC) Distribution Warehouse

AMANA was awarded the Build of the new Landmark warehouse located in Dubai World Central (outside the freezone area). The project consists of development of 232,500m² of land near Jebel Ali Airport, which includes the warehouse, offices & maintenance, and miscellaneous service buildings, with a total built up area of around 84,000m².

The project was divided into three main buildings with various service buildings and was completed in two phases/sections.

The first phase included the Building 3 which consisted of Home ox & Shoemart storage.

The second phase consisted of the remaining two buildings. Building 1, the largest of the three, stored product for Baby Shop & Others. Building 2 included Lifestyle and Beauty Bay stock.
