Neopharma Pharmaceutical Plant
Neopharma is the first pharmaceutical plant to be built in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The plant has a prime location at the main entrance of the Mussafah Industrial City.
The project comprised of three main facilities: the General Production Plant, the Antibiotic Plant and the Administration building. The main concern in the design and construction was achieving a Class I000 clean room to control the concentration of airborne particles; a basic requirement under international health standards.
Both plants are equipped with specially designed air-conditioning and ventilation systems, controlled entrances, and firefighting and detection systems. All buildings have the same architectural theme. Additionally, the office block is fitted with high quality finishes reflecting the image sought by the high quality products produced.
The project was completed with landscaping and a compound fence.
